The approach
How group mentoring works
Sessions give your directors space to think together about the goals and challenges of the team. The direction is shaped around your priorities as the business owner.
The programme is built around a series of at least four sessions, giving participants time to build trust and engage in an open conversation. Sessions take place at your business location or an agreed rented venue.
